Can I get a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds on VPN Subscriptions. You are however able to cancel your subscription at any time. This will stop any further payments.
How to I cancel a reoccurring subscription?
To cancel your subscription you will need to login to your account. From there click Orders > Subscription Management > Cancel Subscription.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed manually however you should receive your login details within 24hrs.
How many connections do I have?
You have a maximum of 5 connections per subscription. If you are using the VPN on more than one device simultaneously, you will need to purchase another subscription.
Note - You cannot share your account with friends or family. Your account is only for your household. Anyone found to be in breach of this will have their account terminated with no refund.
Is there a cap on bandwidth?
No, you have unlimited bandwidth included in every subscription we offer.
